A: Yes. Our QC have 100% tested all products before delivery.

A: KUNTAI specializes in design and engineering. We can work with you from start to finish on any product you are creating.

 

Q9:Can you assist to do assemble and testing for products?

A:We can assist you in assembling any type of product. We have 10+ years of experience in R&D, production assembly and testing of smart devices. We are confident that we can assist you with the assembly and testing of any project

 

Q10:How long should we take for a quotation?

A:After receiving detailed information (your 2D/3D drawings or samples), we will quote you within 3 days.

 

Q11:How about the lead time?

A:7- 15 days for sample, 20-30 days for mass production. If you have any request, please contact with us.

 

We strictly to control quality and arrange production:

1. Don’t accept defective, strict inspection of supplier's raw materials.
2. Don’t manufacture defective, the production process are strictly controlled. For all products, the workers are strictly
self-inspected on each machining process, and the quality inspectors do regular inspection and spot inspection.

3. Don’t transferring defective, the defective products found in the previous process shall never be allowed to be transferred to the next process. Before shipment, the finished products shall be inspected again, and if any quality problems be found, and the products shall be reworked or rejected according to the relevant requirement.
